Verdi Cocktail

Preparation

  • Add all in ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  • Add enough ice too fill the shaker by 3/4’s

  • Stir, and strain into a cocktail glass.

  • Garnish with a slice of peach and a mint sprig, and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz gin

  • 1 1/4 oz peach liqueur

  • 1 oz dry vermouth

  • 1/2 oz benedictine herbal liqueur

  • 1 tsp Blue Curacao liqueur
