Merry Widow Cocktail

Preparation

  • Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  • Stir with ice

  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  • Garnish with a lemon twist

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Dry Gin

  • 1 ½ oz French (Dry) Vermouth

  • 1 Dash of Peychaud’s Bitters

  • 2 Dashes Absinthe, Pernod, or Herbsaint

  • 2 Dashes Benedictine
