Ingredients:

Preparation:

  • Take the ripe tomatoes, rub them and remove the seeds and the water inside them

  • Boil them always stirring them around, so that they can cook quickly and not stick to the pan

  • When they are done pass them through a sieve

  • Reduce the sauce again with the lard and the oil, till the correct consistency

  • Season with salt and pepper

  • When it is cooked you can put it on fish, on top of meat, on chicken.
