Ingredients:

Preparation:

• Sprinkle with salt, pepper rosemary

• Lard the piece of meat using a larding needle

• Wrap kid or lamb in slices of lard

• Roast in the oven till done.

• Quarter of either kid or lamb

• Slices of lard

• Salt, pepper and Rosemary
